30-Day Return Policy

At AutoElectroFix, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing our products. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of tampering, damage, or missing parts.

• Custom orders, special parts, or items marked “as-is” are non-returnable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

• Returned items that arrive damaged, with excessive wear, or with a different part number than originally shipped may be rejected.

2-Year Warranty

All our reconditioned modules, radios, accessories, and new parts are backed by a standard 2-year warranty. Warranty coverage includes replacement for defective parts at no additional cost. Please note that AutoElectroFix is not responsible for labor fees related to installation or removal.

Shipping & Returns

• Products must be shipped back to our designated return address.

• Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. AutoElectroFix is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 days after payment clearance.
